Darpa trying to genetically engineer immortal organisms with built-in kill-switches. Hulk can guarantee from personal experience this not go well. Hulk going to politely ask Darpa to stop now. (When asking politely, Hulk use only one fist.) Otherwise, Hulk just know Hulk will be called in later to smash rogue, immortal, blood-thirsty mutants, which is always real pain in Hulk's ass.
