Comic Books!
 by Fëanor

Btw, just a quick note: Free Comic Book Day went well for me. I spent lots of money, and visited almost all the stores I planned to visit. As it turns out, I probably shouldn't have gone to Out of Time Comics at all, let alone first; they didn't appear on the Free Comic Book Day website for a reason: they weren't participating! I still bought a bunch of books there before moving on, which meant that by the time I got to Fat Jack's, a lot of the free books were gone (people apparently swarmed all over the stuff like vultures). Still, I got a good armload of free stuff there, and more at Atomic City on South Street, so it's all good. And both Fat Jack's and Atomic City had plenty of cool stuff for me to buy. I think I liked the people working at Fat Jack's better, but preferred the selection of Atomic City. Not sure where I'll go in the future for my comic books. Fat Jack's is closer to the parts of the city I normally travel, so probably there, although if I'm at home in Cherry Hill, obviously Hall of Heroes at the mall is my best bet.

Definitely need to figure out how to schedule my comic buying in the future. Maybe I should stop somewhere on my way to movie night each week? I need to find a good website that lists everything that's coming out from the major publishers, and when it'll be released. Anybody know of one? Some quick googling is not turning up anything exactly like what I want... Although of course the major publishers each have their own such pages (Marvel, DC), so I guess I could just keep my eye on those...
