Salon-ariffic!
 by Fëanor

I know some of you don't have subscriptions to Salon, but I couldn't help pointing out some great articles on there today. There's a thoughtful and moving piece on the new Get Your War On book; an exciting review of The Incredibles (which film I must see forthwith); and a nice opinion piece about Democrats and the gay marriage issue.

Also, let's remeber that not all the youth are apathetic and unaware of what's going on.

And this story is both hilarious and horrifying at the same time.

And speaking of hilarious, God I love that Alan Keyes. He just makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over.

And finally, some nice headlines.

As for me, not too much going on. Game night was cool. We (that being Super Tarzan, Yagathai, TrackerNeil, and myself) formulated a plan to begin a 2nd Edition D&D campaign, to be played on Sundays. I am pretty darn excited about that. Oh, the dice rolling and the character creating! (Btw, I'm sure we'd all agree that Peccable and Sarcasmo would be quite welcome to join us on our campaign. And, you know, whoever else wants to. The more the merrier, I say.)

But as usual, this post has gotten much longer than intended, so let me finish with a hearty, "Have a good weekend, folks!"

Have a good weekend, folks!
