The Setup
 by Fëanor

Back issues and old data
Batman: The Doom that Came to Gotham #3
Heavy Liquid
The Hood (New Avengers)
Runaways Volume 8
Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 2
Thunderbolts Volume One: Faith in Monsters
The usual suspects.

B.P.R.D.: Hollow Earth and Other Stories
Yeah, I think it's time to start collecting the BPRD TPBs. I'm not sure why it took me so long to add them to my list, actually. This first one appears to include a three-issue BPRD story arc, a couple of Abe Sapien solo stories, and a Lobster Johnson story. Woo hoo!

New releases
Captain America #31
Time for a new Cap story arc! What will happen to Bucky? Did Cap's girl really shoot dead even more superheroes? What will Tony do about Cap's letter? I'm burning to know!

Powers #26
I toyed with dropping this book and not even adding it to my list this week, but I decided I'd give it one more chance to wow me. The first issue I picked up was just okay, with art that seemed oddly out of place relative to the subject matter. We'll see how this one goes.

Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite #2
Can't wait for this one. Looking forward to more incredibly fun, super-powered, sci-fi insanity.

Death of the New Gods #1
This would almost certainly not have made it onto my list if there had been more interesting books coming out this week, but I was practically searching for something else to add to my list, and this thing stuck out. It's the first issue of an eight-part miniseries that's spinning out of DC's Countdown storyline, and apparently they're going to use it to kill off a bunch of their New Gods characters. Although I hate Countdown and its ilk - and in fact I tend to hate the high profile DC books in general - I'm rather curious about the New Gods as characters, and what I've read of them I've liked so far, so I thought I'd give this a chance, at least. I won't be surprised if I drop it with distaste after reading this issue, though.

Star Wars: Dark Times #6
Again, probably because there's not much else coming out this week, I decided I'd give another one of the Star Wars books a try. This one is set just after the events of Revenge of the Sith, and it's starting a new story arc with this issue that promises to be epic and Earth-shattering and so forth, so what the hey.
