Winter Solstice
 by Fëanor

I hope everybody who celebrates it had a Merry Christmas. And everybody who doesn't, I hope you just had a good day. Maybe you ate Chinese food and went to a movie or something. That sounds like fun.

Yesterday, poppy and I hung out with her family, had dinner, and opened some presents. Then we went to see some friends in Philly and played some games and ate some more food. It was plenty of fun. This morning we opened presents from each other, then went over to my parents' to see them and my brother the bloginator and his wife. We had breakfast and opened more presents. Then it was back over to poppy's parents' to eat more food. I also met a few more of her relatives for the first time. All in all, a good time with good people. Then it was back home to clean things up a bit and put things away.

We made out well, I must say. Lots of cool stuff. I got DVDs, CDs, games of various sorts, comics, and a couple of books. It's all good.

Anyways, like I said, I hope everybody had a Merry Day. Now, I'm off to play with my toys.
