Eagles |
by Fëanor |
Watching the Eagles/Bengals game today was like watching two nerds having a slap fight: there was a lot of pathetic flailing about, but no satisfying conclusion. Even though it was close, it wasn't a good game, because both teams spent the whole game tripping all over themselves, playing really terrible football. The Eagles absolutely should have won this game, but thanks to the usual stupid play-calling and poor clock management by Andy Reid, and a really awful performance by Donovan McNabb, they managed to end the game with a tie, which you almost never see in the NFL.
I really don't know what the Eagles need to do to be a good team again, but I hope they do it soon, because watching them play right now is just a painful experience. |
