Back issues and old data
Hellboy Volume 5: Conqueror Worm
Hellboy Volume 6: Strange Places
Runaways Volume 5
Batman: The Doom that Came to Gotham #3
Crécy
The Authority Volume One: Relentless
Heavy Liquid
The usual suspects.
The Hood (New Avengers)
This collection supposedly came out some time ago, but I wasn't able to find it and I assumed it was one of those books that just didn't get released on time and that it would show up eventually, when I least expected it. I realized recently, however, that Amazon is a good resource for pinpointing whether collections that fall through the cracks like this have actually been released or not, and via this method, I discovered that this book had actually already come out. I'll probably get it on Amazon at some point, but I thought I'd list it here anyway, just for completeness.
New releases
Nova #6
Looking forward to another healthy dose of intelligent, exciting, sci-fi space action with this title.
Ultimate Power #7
It's about time this series took another step forward! I can't even remember when the last issue came out. I believe the thing is getting quite near its end now; in fact, this might be the last one. We'll see...
Punisher War Journal #11
I believe this should mark the start of a new story arc for Fraction and the Punisher. I anticipate good things!
Daredevil #100
They tend to pull out all the stops for special numbered issues like 100, and it's my understanding that this issue will be no exception, with art from all kinds of famous people and an exciting, action-packed story.
B.P.R.D.: Killing Ground #2
I'm always ready for more fun from Mignola - and here it is!
New Avengers/Transformers #3
IIRC, last issue promised that this one would have giant robot fighting, so I have no choice but to pick it up.
Ghost Rider #15
The Ghost rides again! Flames! Satan! Fighting! Yes!
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #20
Still not sure about this one, but I figured I might as well give it at least one more issue before I dropped it, especially since the last issue wasn't horrible or anything. Plus, you know, it's got Jedi, lightsabers, and giant space worms.
Heroes for Hire #13
This is one of the few books in the otherwise successful WWH crossover story that I'm really not very interested in, and that I'm only collecting because it is a part of WWH. But it hasn't been all bad, so here's hoping this is an unusually good installment. |
