Take a look at this recipe. It's the Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf, dreamed up by that goddess among women, Paula Deen. Poppy was somehow able to guess that I might like to eat this thing (she knows me well), and she and I threw it together for dinner the other night (sans French fried onions), with broccoli and smashed potatoes on the side. Her Dad came over and helped us eat it all. People, the bacon cheeseburger meatloaf is a beautiful, beautiful thing. I think I danced in my chair while I was eating it. It didn't treat my stomach all that well, but it was totally worth it.
