- Most of the movie sites I read have picked up this rumor, so it seems possible it might actually be true, despite the fact that it came to light on April Fool's Day: Sebastian Stan has been cast as Bucky Barnes in Captain America. I don't know the guy, really, but he looks right for the part, at least. And Ed Brubaker approves! (UPDATE: Yep, that's official.)
- In case you didn't read about this when I tweeted it, all of Joss Whedon's shows (Buffy, Angel, Dollhouse, Firefly, Dr. Horrible) are now available for immediate viewing on Netflix Watch Instantly.
- In this new clip from Kick-Ass, Nic Cage's character totally ruins a whole room full of gangsters. It's pretty awesome. The brutal, machine gun editing is a little distracting, though.
- io9 and Super Punch both have roundups of some of the better April Fool's Day gags.
- Two particularly evocative recent entries on Black and WTF. I think I want the latter to be the cover of my novel.
- A real Mexican pizza. I'd eat that!
- Again, in case you missed it when I tweeted it, a new trailer for The A-Team. As a bonus, there's also a trailer for an action thriller called Salt starring Angelina Jolie.
