Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E., Volume 2 - I Kick Your Face
Oops! I forgot to include this, even though I was just saying how much I enjoyed volume 1. Well, it's added now. This collection just came out a week or so ago, and apparently contains all the rest of the currently existing Nextwave comics, although Ellis has promised to do more issues as limited series. According to Wikipedia, anyway.]

This is another of those collections that was supposed to come out one week, but then I didn't see it on the shelf. I suspect it's either been delayed, or they just didn't put out enough copies. I'll see if I can find it this week, but I won't be surprised if I can't.

I'm getting sicker and sicker of this series. It's on probation. If Miller continues in his offensively insane ways, I'm probably going to drop it.

This week's World War Hulk books. Looking forward to lots of smashing. Well, okay, I'm not really looking forward to Heroes for Hire very much, because that book is pretty lame, but the other two - yes.
Superman Confidential #6
This series really picked up as it went along, so I'm definitely looking forward to the new issue. Especially since the last one ended with our hero in mortal peril from Luthor and his goons.
Green Arrow: Year One #2
Meh. There's a very good chance I won't buy this. But I might give it a shot, just to see if the series gets any better. |
