A couple updates to Cheapass Games' website have got me excited this afternoon. The first says that they're moving to Dubai. They even have a questionable photograph of their new building here. I hope I'm right in assuming that they're totally kidding.
An only slightly more believable piece of news is their list of games that are supposed to come out this year. In saying that this list is rather unbelievable, I mean only that Cheapass is notoriously late in releasing new games. However, they usually do get them out eventually, and there's some neat-looking stuff here, especially "Secret Tijuana Deathmatch," which sounds hilarious, and, of course, the TWO NEW DICELAND EXPANSIONS. Since Diceland is probably my favorite game ever, I meet this news with slavering, gibbering excitement. |
