| On the Viewer - El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera |

I caught a handful of episodes of a Nickelodeon cartoon called El Tigre yesterday and really enjoyed them. The show is about a kid named Manny Rivera who can turn into a tiger-like superhero named El Tigre. His Dad is also a superhero - a Mexican wrestler named White Pantera - and his grandfather is, interestingly enough, a supervillain named Puma Loco. His best buddy is Frida Suarez, a "normal" girl with blue hair and big red goggles. I'm not going to go into a detailed summary/review of each episode I saw; I just wanted to mention that it's a very funny, very clever show, with fantastic animation, and if you get the chance, you should watch it. |
