Recyclotron |
by Fëanor |
Fëanor pours the entire internet into the Recyclotron, and only the best links come out the other end for you to enjoy.
- Above, the Muppets return to wish you a merry Christmas, via song and violence.
- Have I mentioned lately how much I love the art of Paul Pope? Here's an interview with him, plus a gallery of some of his work. Be aware there is some minor illustrated nudity.
- I haven't posted a lot of the "best of" lists I've been seeing, because most of them have been lame, but this one seems pretty good. It's meant to be the best sci-fi and fantasy novels of the decade, and the three books on it that I've read I really loved (those being Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell, A Storm of Swords, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix).
- I kind of love this revolver remote control, although it doesn't sound particularly functional, and could very well get you in trouble with your neighbors and the police.
- Um... hot.
- New movie posters! The Iron Man 2 one is okay, but it's the Clash of the Titans posters I'm really excited about.
- A couple of images from the new Day of the Triffids.
- Wow, this is crazy: Richard Kelly is apparently going to direct the movie of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, with Natalie Portman starring and producing.
- The early reviews of James Cameron's much-hyped Avatar are mostly positive. Word is his next job will be to produce a 3D remake of Fantastic Voyage.
- Video of a pretty awesome combination secret door/bookcase/model of Han Solo in Carbonite.
