take a cutter and call me in the morning |
by poppy |
To fellow book-nerds who may be into this sort of thing: LIS exam questions from U Toronto, circa 1934-1935. I don't know which scares me more, the number of these that I could expound upon to some length, or the far vaster number that I have absolutely no clue about.
On a side note, I would like leo's calculation of how many toaster cookies would have had to have been made during a study session for Modern Fiction. I'm guessing far fewer than were made for Reading Interests of Adults.
Oh, and cutter numbers are almost totally unneccesary in a small library. See, it has to do with the difference between classification numbers and call numbers.... I need a real job so I can tell this stuff to people who care... |
