We've told a number of you about this already, but we've held off announcing it officially for fear of jinxing things. But now that the contract is signed by both parties and things are looking pretty firm, I'll tell you: we've got a condo! Yes, finally! It's only a few minutes from our current apartment, in the development we hoped for, and is a lovely model with plenty of space, a nice loft, central air, a washer and dryer that are not in a scary basement, two bathrooms which are both on the same floor as the bedrooms, two decks, and zero crazy landladies! Plus it's already vacant, which should make things smoother. We plan to move in some time in late June. Yay! |
