- Say what you want about the man's screenwriting ability, but George Lucas does have some interesting things to say about the future of the movie industry.
- I've been meaning to post this for a while, but I've been too busy reading it: the Online Manga Viewer (via kaitzi). So far I've been sticking with Full Metal Alchemist (which is pretty good! And addictive), but I'll probably try some of their other offerings once I'm through with that.
- As Cinematical mentions, the title Die Hard 4.0 is really, really lame, but I like this franchise, I like Bruce Willis, and now we might get Luc Besson at the helm, so I think this could turn out to be a good movie. Who's with me?!
- Okay, the official news from Sony's CEO is that the PS3's launch price will be between $300 and $400. Which means it will be less than $400, which is what I thought I was going to have to pay. So this is good news to me. Yay!
UPDATE: Unfortunately, this news isn't as official as it first seemed; as you'll see in the now updated Joystiq post, the quote was incorrectly attributed. Sony's CEO has yet to comment publicly on the pricing or US release date of the PS3. Sigh.
