The Setup
 by Fëanor

Backissues and old data:
Runaways Volume 3
Batman: The Doom that Came to Gotham #1-3
The Amazing Screw-On Head
Crécy
Superman Confidential #6
The Hood Premiere
I've talked about all these before. I eliminated some of this old stuff from my list recently, but there's plenty more still to go! I put Doom that Came to Gotham and Amazing Screw-On Head on a request card at Fat Jack's, so hopefully they'll dig those up for me. The others are either in release date limbo or are readily available and I just have to track them down.

New releases:
Nova #5
Dude, Nova's totally a girl now, but still has to fight an entire evil alien empire. This should be interesting.

Punisher War Journal #10
Woo hoo! Punisher! I'm still waiting for this series to get really good again, but I'm always hopeful the next issue will be the one. I think he's going up against Hulk soon - if not this month - so that should be interesting!

Batman #667
Time for the aftermath of issue 666's future Batman story! I'm curious to see whether we just drop right back into the storyline like nothing happened, or we move on to a new storyline, or what. Regardless, it's Grant Morrison, and it's Batman, so I'll be fine with it.

Hedge Knight II: Sworn Sword #3
I expect the fighting will begin soon in this series. And that's always a good thing.

Criminal #8
Yay, Criminal! I just had to sit here for a few minutes to dig back in my memory and come up with what this storyline is even about, as it seems like it's been forever since an issue of this came out. But I remember now, and I'm looking forward to it. Good stuff!

Daredevil #99
I'd say this one's on parole. I hope it picks up soon. It hasn't been very interesting so far.

Incredible Hulk #109
HULK!! Always a good time.

BPRD: Killing Ground #1
A new BPRD storyline. AWESOME.

New Avengers/Transformers #2
I may or may not pick this one up. We'll see. I would hope that my own sense of shame would stop me, but I have very little shame when it comes to stuff like this.

Ghost Rider #14
I decided to start collecting this series after reading the utterly fantastic WWH tie-in issues. This is the first non-WWH-related issue of it I'll be picking up, and it's also the first in a new 6-part stoy arc. I have high hopes.

Powers #25
This one sounds intriguing. It's a comic about detectives who investigate murders having to do with superheroes, written by a guy who wrote one or two issues of Ultimate Power, amongst many other things (Brian Michael Bendis). The preview says this is the perfect time to jump on, so I'm jumping. We'll see if I jump right back off or stay on for the ride...

World War Hulk: Front Line #3
Not my favorite of the WWH titles, but it's kind of interesting - especially the back-up story at the end of the book - and besides, I'm obviously in for the long haul as far as WWH goes.
