- A video for you, via a co-worker. Like all of the best things on the internet, it is strange and pointless and inexplicably funny.
- Untouchables prequel? By the man himself, Brian De Palma? Eh. I don't know. Could work, I guess. De Palma's really hit or miss, though, and we all know how bad prequels tend to be...well, except for Batman Begins. If you can call BB a prequel. It's really more like the start of a completely different series of movies. (Got to this story via Cinematical, btw.)
- I must thank this story for putting into my head the image of Jessica Alba dancing in front of her bedroom mirror in only her panties.
- Also via Cinematical comes the welcome news that Peta's back! And in Superman Returns, no less. I loved Peta in the great TV show "La Femme Nikita," and it'll be good to see her again in something cool, although I would have hoped for a more important role for her. "Crucial to the storyline" sounds like a polite way of saying "really just a part for an extra."
- Anybody tired of the movie news yet? I know I've been hitting it pretty hard lately, but what can I say--I love the movies. Plus, I figured you guys would be bored by the story of how we had a hard time putting a cabinet together.
