Okay, a few things, then I really need to go to bed.
- First of all, I did, in fact, remember to watch the King Kong trailer at 8:59, and it was pretty cool. That press release was bull, though, because this was not a 30 second teaser; it was a full-blown, 2-minute-long trailer extravaganza, with plenty of actual movie footage! Still, I was a little disappointed, as some of the effects didn't look quite as polished as I would have hoped (maybe they're still working on them, and this was preliminary stuff?), but it was pretty cool. Especially Kong roaring, and facing off against the dino. Sweet!
- Sarcasmo's helpful comment on my last post, wherein she gave me the link to Cinematical to curb my thirst for movie news while the Movie Blog was down (it's back up now, btw), has already paid off, as it lead me to the trailer for The Transporter 2! Now, not all of you may remember the original Transporter, but I know some of you do, because I remember seeing it and enjoying it immensely with you multiple times. Anyway, as the dude in the Cinematical article says, this trailer starts out looking lame, but then gets HOT. I'm pretty excited. Looks like it could be a great action flick.
