Why do I care that Nick and Jessica broke up? Why does it make me feel hollow inside? Why do I feel that nothing true can exist in the world? Why does it pain me that Jessica forewent a prenup in favor of true love?... Yet why do I feel a devilish satisfaction that now he gets a nice chunk of change for listening to her whine for the last few years? |
